It's legal bribery. Congressmen give money to special interests like La Raza in the form of "grants" and in exchange these groups get their members to vote for them.Answer #2:

La Raza makes the kkk and other hate groups look like Civil Rights Groups. Imagine that they managed to create racial tensions and get money for it too. The worse part about it is that we are paying for it.I wonder what is going to happen in March 21, 2010. They will probably crap in the White House lawn no doubt.
