The only way he can get his cdl taken away is if the state takes it back. He will get a special drivers license that states he has a cdl and what kind of restrictions he has. The only thing this bus company can do is have him sign a waiver stating that he will stay with the company for a certain period of time. If he dosn't, he will be responsible to pay for the training.
